What happens after I complete my booking?
After your booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation email and an SMS with a link to a web page where you can find journey details and manage your booking. At least 24 hours before your journey, you will receive an SMS with your driver’s details. You will also find the driver’s details and pick-up instructions (if traveling from an airport) on the web page. The driver will be waiting for you at the pick-up point to ensure a smooth trip to your destination.
How will I find my driver at the airport?
Your pick-up instructions will tell you where to go, and you’ll have your driver’s phone number. The driver will also be able to contact you, so turn your phone on once you land and keep it handy. You can also find journey details on our web page. We’ll send you a link to this page via text before your journey. Most trips proceed without issue, but our help center team is available if needed.
How long will my driver wait for me?
All transfers include flight tracking and a 45-minute waiting time calculated from when your flight arrives. In some airports, additional buffer time is provided to ensure customers have enough time to reach the meeting point. For non-airport pick-ups, we allow 15 minutes of waiting time, calculated from the scheduled pick-up time.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Our drivers closely monitor your flight status, so as long as the flight number you provided has not changed, your driver will be there to pick you up.
What does the price shown in the search results include? Can the price change during the trip?
The price you pay is fully inclusive of all taxes, fees, gratuity, wait time, and toll road charges. The price is fixed and final and will not change once the booking is confirmed.
What is considered luggage? How many pieces of luggage can the car accommodate?
Anything that needs to be stowed in the trunk of the vehicle is considered luggage. Carry-ons are bags that you can hold on your lap while inside the vehicle. Oversized items (e.g., bikes, strollers, foldable wheelchairs, etc.) will count as two pieces of luggage. The maximum amount of luggage allowed is displayed next to the suitcase icon on each product page. Please take that into consideration when selecting your preferred vehicle. Standard luggage measures a total of 62 linear inches (157.48 cm) or 27 x 21 x 14 in (68.58 x 53.34 x 35.56 cm) and should weigh around 50 lbs (22.68 kg), based on most airline standards for checked luggage.
Can I book a round-trip transfer?
Sorry. Currently, you can only book pick-up and drop-off transfers separately.
We are a group of passengers arriving on different flights. What time should we choose for our pickup?
When booking, we’ll ask you to provide a flight number. Please enter the one for the flight landing last. If one of the other flights is unexpectedly delayed, the driver will not be aware of this, and it may cause the driver to miss you.
Can I book a transfer for someone else?
Yes. Make sure to enter the correct passenger’s details at checkout.
Can I cancel my transfer?
